Job Description S cope and Objectives Responsible for business development and implementation of all sales activities in specific geographical markets for the leisure segment, maximize business opportunities in specific area of responsibility and execute all sales action plans. Reporting to the Director of Sales Leisure and is responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Job Description • To be totally familiar with hotel products, rates, and promotions at all times. • Maintain up to date understanding of company products and rates and involvement in cross selling of these when required. • To participate in preparing the sales action plans, attend sales meetings; develop new ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities, F&B, spa and other hotel revenue centers in specific Markets • To identify need periods and offer tactical offers to specified markets. Participate and coordinate peak period booking campaigns. • Implement and monitor Joint Marketing Activities with travel trade partners. • Manage retail and consortia business from specific markets. • Participate in hotel activities including promotions, sales blitzes, entertainment and other operational areas as directed. • Service needs of customers by attending to all requests promptly within 24 hours. • Assist the DOS-Leisure in pursuing new market segments to secure sales and prepare proposals for consideration. • Preparation, communication and participation in FAM trip groups/events. • Develop strong, secure and productive business relations with all companies within portfolio under the geographic / market segment allocated. • Positive communication of the hotel image to existing and potential customer at all times. • International Travel to specific markets. Attend Tradeshow and represent the hotel. Arrange for individual sales trips for produt education and seek out new partnerships. Qualifications Qualifications • Experience in luxury hotel segment (5*) • Russian Speaker (a must) • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Very good presentation skills (site inspections) • Understanding of Group operations (arrival procedures, meeting requirements, etc.) • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office are mandatory • Knowledge and experience with Opera is an advantage • Previous experience in leisure is mandatory • Team player with supportive attitude • Fluency in English and other languages, written and spoken, is preferred Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Gender: nm Nationality: Any Nationality
