KPA 1- Account ManagementManage all assigned outlets on specified day of the week or as neededMaintain all client rules and regulations while operating inside the store including informing properperson (security) of need to operate within the storeMerchandise all selling points to standard & plano-gramsCheck for any issues – technical, contractual, etcEvaluate POSM/Contractual visibility and inspect its accordance with company requirementsNote any changes with product in-store status and any other points of concernManage & maintain back store stock and evaluate – batches, dates, damages, stock levelsDiscuss order requirements with section manager/shelf in charge and make recommendations onquantitiesConduct inventory and restocking requirementsReport outlet issues to management if any on a daily basis including POSM & marketing issues

KPA 2- Sales Target AchievementsEvaluate all selling points (FIFO, selling price, distribution, planogram, location, stock level)Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets for assigned outlets

KPA 3- CollectionsCheck for any pending or due collections and collect the sameFollow up on all overdue collections for respective outletsReport collections and payments to accounts and management on a regular basisKPA 4 – OrdersCollect LPOs from office and submit the invoices to the delivery teamFollow up on dates and priorities for delivery
