Inventory and Logistical Support Regularly update customers on product availability and inform them about restocking. Submit e-commerce orders to Third-Party Logistics (3PL) in a timely manner. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with inventory and sales data. Assist in the fulfilment and delivery of e-commerce orders. Support retail inventory management by issuing delivery orders, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with stock transfers. Aid in managing logistics for corporate orders, including processing delivery notes and coordinating the ordering of miscellaneous items.
