• Lead all sales support functionslike Customer Care, Repair Center, Order management, MIS andInventory management
• Monitoring SLAs across allsales support functions
• Create and monitorprocesses across all sales channels
• Monitor endto end activities across all sales channels and highlight changes /enhancements when and where required
• Monitorsales figures and alert respective channels regarding expectedshortfall in the targets
• Meets with otherdepartments to make sure that sales and sales support functions areworking correctly
• Provides any necessary dataor reports to the sales team
• Deals with anycustomer complaints and resolves the issue asnecessary
• Supporting management with the actualsales numbers and forecasts in order to prepare targets andbudgets
• Adhering to compliance of consumerprotection laws in the country and monitor all activities to avoidany penalties

KEY PERFORMANCEINDICATORS

• Performance: will be measured basedon Monthly Balance Score Card (BSC)
• MeetManagement expectations in terms of projectdelivery
• KPIs are linked with contractualtargets from customer.

• Strongleadership skills to lead the team and maintain good relationshipwith thecustomers

• Shouldbe able to analyse day-to-day performance and propose necessarychanges/actions to be made by Management to mitigate the poorservice delivery and incur bad customerexperience.
