Integrity – Always do theright thing:  • You will be responsible for the structureand/or fit out of specific areas or packages, and ensuring theymeet quality and safe working standards.  • You willsupport the Senior Construction Delivery Team in influencing thelong-term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit(BU), creating a sustainable business future.  • You willcommit to making a positive impact for our people, our clients, andour planet, and take ownership for holding others to account who donot uphold the Mace values.   Create opportunity for our people toexcel:  • You will support other Managers and juniormembers of your project team and provide an environment to shareknowledge and experience.   • You will actively network,innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising thefull depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence,Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.  • You willprovide technical expertise and support to Delivery Teams, creatinga culture of ownership, promoting roles and responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for: • Provides support toteam in driving performance and results, whilst deliveringperformance management, technical development, and coaching.• Responsible for the Structure and/or Fit Out of aspecific area or package, including site conditions, programme,quality, and safe working standards. • Liaises with andtakes direction from the Project Package Managers, regardingProgramme and Critical Path works in the area. • Leadsforecast Lookahead Meetings for the area or package, working withthe Package Manager. • Provides detailed Planned Vs Actualdata for all works within their area, knowing when to escalate toConstruction Leadership where deviation from the Plan is evident.• Knowing Project Digital Strategy, and where ConstructionInformation can be found. • Manages close out of theirarea, understanding all relevant QAQC Plans and ITPs and Handover.• Develops effective working relationships with bothinternal and external stakeholders. • Actively seeksunderstanding and utilise the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledgebase and Company best practice. • Promotes and drives thebusiness priorities through Construction to Production, Digital& Data and responsible business practices. • Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll needto have: • Recognised degree in Construction Management.• Extensive professional experience in workplace/office HQfit-out projects, including site experience. • Registeredprofessional or chartered license. • Experience inworkplace fit-out projects.
