Senior Manager E-Commerce Sales - Red Castle - Hiring Urgently

As the Senior Manager ECommerceyou will be responsible for developing ECommerce strategy andsupporting the Vice President ECommerce with the implementation ofECommerce initiatives globally to increase direct sales andselfservice penetration providing a 5 star customer experience forall echannels whilst driving revenue to achieve and exceed targetsdecreasing cost of sales andservicing.

• Lead the development of theairlines ancillary revenue strategy to maximise the revenuegeneration by selling hotels transfers insurance and other nonairproduct.
• Direct the management andimplementation of multiple large and complex projects: developproject plans and timelines: make staffing decisions based onassessment of team members skills and workloads and identify andmanage risk maintaining a project risk log detailing risks actionsand decisions taken and resolution to minimise and mitigate allproject associated risks.
• Promote the alignmentof Commercial objectives by aligning sales marketing anddistribution strategies with the rapidly increasing importance ofall echannels within the industry to ensure that efforts arealigned for maximum revenue generation. Drive initiatives to ensurecategory leadership in the airline Ecommerceenvironment.
• Establish business processessystems and procedures to ensure that Ecommerce strategies areoperationalised within the organisationglobally.
• Increase selfservicing shares withthe aim of reducing cost of sales andservicing.
• Manage the product developmentroadmap of Esales and Eservicing tools for example Internet BookingEngine Online Checkin and Mobile platforms to ensure that theairline is at the cutting edge of available technologicaldevelopments and that our product is at the forefront of theindustry.
• Oversee the customer serviceoperation to support sales and Eservicesglobally.
• Lead the RFP processes formultimillion dollar purchases to ensure Ecommerce technologies andservices meet requirements. Lead initiatives to identify researchand make recommendations for business improvements ensuring end toend success of the analysis information gathering andexecution.
• Collaborate to deliver a 5 starcustomer experience on the web mobile and other E channels toencourage returning customers thus increasingrevenue.
