Job Title: Senior RecruitmentOfficer (With F&Bbackground)

Location: DohaQatar

About Us: Weare a highend restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatardedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences andhospitality services. We are seeking a skilled and experiencedRecruitment Specialist with background in the restaurant andhospitality industry to join our HRteam.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hiretop talent for various positions within the organization with afocus on restaurant service and kitchen operations and health andwellness roles.
  • Collaborate with departmentheads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs andrequirements for different departments andlocations.
  • Source candidates through variouschannels including job portals social media networking events andindustry associations.
  • Screen resumes conductinterviews and assess candidates qualifications skills and culturalfit for the organization.
  • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including job postings candidate communicationoffer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Build andmaintain relationships with external recruitment agencies andtalent partners to support talent acquisitionefforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends laborlaws and best practices in recruitment and talentmanagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimumof at least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Officer or similarrole in the restaurant or hospitality industry inGCC
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant serviceoperations kitchen operations food safety and hygienestandards.
  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field. HR certification is aplus.
  • Familiarity with health and wellnesspractices and regulations for gym facilities or similarestablishments.
  • Strong understanding ofrecruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidateassessment methods.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage and buildrelationships with diversestakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasksmanage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Knowledgeable in different MSOffice applications
