Join our global team at Schneider Electric, a leading provider of energy management and automation solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our Energy Services Business for Electrical Distribution and Industrial Automation in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive the promotion and sales of electrical distribution and industrial automation services within the energy sector in Qatar. Offer Sales: Lead the sales efforts for a diverse range of offerings, including Recurring contracts, Digital services, Consulting, Modernization solutions, Spare parts, and related services tailored to the specific needs of the energy sector in Qatar. - Lead the sales pursuits in collaboration with all the different Internal and external stake holders, adhering to the policies and procedures of Schneider Electric. - Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the energy sector, understanding their operational requirements and ensuring that our services align with their business objectives. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy sector, collaborating with the Marketing, Tendering, Execution & Global Team to expand our market presence and increase our share of the market. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales targets, while ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the business unit. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus. - Proven track record of successful sales experience within the oil and gas or energy sector, with a focus on the Qatari market. - Thorough understanding of electrical distribution and industrial automation products and services. - Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in English.
