Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As a leading organization dedicated to creating economic opportunities for young people in the MENA region, we are looking for a motivated individual to drive our social media presence and engage with our online community.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Create engaging and relevant content to share across all channels - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4 years of experience in social media management - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is a plus
