Digital Marketing Experience ( Sales Experts Only )

Position : Sales

We are hiring, Social Media Marketing / Sales.

* Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation:

Identify and cultivate potential clients through research and networking.

Utilize various tools and strategies to generate leads.

- Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Sales Presentations and Pitches:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Demonstrate the value of social media marketing services.

- Sales Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

- Account Management:

Provide ongoing support to existing clients.

Upsell additional services and maintain client satisfaction.

Social Media Specific Responsibilities

- Content Strategy Consultation:

Advise clients on effective social media content strategies.

Assist in developing content calendars and campaigns.

- Social Media Analytics:

Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success.

Provide clients with reports and insights.

- Platform Expertise:

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Guide clients on best practices for each social media platform.

- Knowinlg of Advertising Campaigns:

Supporting plans with the digital marketer on social media advertising campaigns.

Optimize ad performance to achieve client goals.

- Brand Advocacy:

Represent and advocate for the client’s brand on social media.

Engage with the online community to enhance brand presence.

- Training and Education:

Educate clients on social media tools and strategies.

Provide training sessions or workshops as needed.

Administrative and Development Responsibilities

- Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and social media metrics.

- Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

Work closely with internal marketing teams to align strategies.

Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all client campaigns.

- Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide insights to improve sales strategies and social media offerings.

- Professional Development:

Continuously improve sales skills and social media knowledge.
