JOB SUMMARY

The Specialist - HRIS - Oracle Fusion provides efficient HRIS customer service to Sidra’s Human Resources (HR) and other Sidra’s customers. The incumbent provides high quality application support for Sidra’s HRIS System. The post holder works with end users to document business processes and guide them through application functionality.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supports the consolidation of data and drafting of HR policies and processes related to HRIS, and recommends changes to increase Sidra’s competitiveness and enhance customers' satisfaction.Assists in consolidating and drafting the annual HR Business Plan and Annual Objectives, under the Strategic Planning Directorate guidelines and in collaboration with the HR stakeholders. Monitors the HRIS Development Schedule, and assists in organizing demos/testing of the developed task, collects users' feedback, and coordinates resolutions with IT stakeholders.Coordinates and delivers business support across HR Directorate in the area of HRIS, Software, and Hardware.Follows-up the HRIS deployment to production and confirms the functionality of developed task through regular communication with HR services owners.Provides final recommendation to approve each task's automation, and evaluates automation progress and performance from IT perspective.Resolves HRIS routine complaints and, implements necessary changes to staff records based on HR management guidelines.Manages ERP HR Data by on-going update, and completion of organization and staff data to reflect data accuracy and integrity.Analyzes the interests of HR Management towards HRIS and Technology.Utilizes HRIS (ERP) to review, develop, and maintain necessary HR Management Reports to enable HR and Sidra Management to be updated of the HR status and takes best possible decisions. Reports weekly/bi-weekly progress of HRIS plan.Supports the line manager in conducting HRIS gap analysis, and researching market trends and best practices.Technical Skills:

SQL and PL/SQL : Proficiency in writing queries, procedures, and functions to interact with the database.BI Publisher : Ability to create and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher.OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) : Skills in building and managing OTBI reports and dashboards.Security and Role Management : Expertise in setting up and managing security roles and privileges.Data Migration : Experience with data migration tools and techniques for importing and exporting data.Functional Skills:

HCM Processes and Best Practices : Understanding of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, absence, and compensation.Oracle Fusion HCM Modules : In-depth knowledge of modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, Journey, and Recruitment.Business Process Configuration : Ability to configure business processes and workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM.User Training and Support : Skills in training end-users and providing ongoing support.Data Analysis and Reporting : Proficiency in analyzing HR data and generating insights through reports and dashboards.Regulatory Compliance : Awareness of global and regional compliance requirements related to HR.Change Management : Understanding of change management principles to support HR transformation initiatives.Project Management : Ability to manage HCM implementation and upgrade projects.Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into system specifications.Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, including HR teams, IT, and external vendors.These skills collectively ensure the effective implementation, customization, and management of Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling Sidra to optimize HR processes and improve overall efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

5+ years of relevant work experience
