ProposalDevelopment:
- Createcompelling sponsorship proposals outlining the benefits and valueproposition for potential sponsors.
- Customiseproposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of individualsponsors.
Negotiationand ContractManagement:
- Negotiatesponsorship terms, pricing, and deliverables with potentialsponsors.
- Draft and finalise sponsorshipagreements, ensuring compliance with legal and companyrequirements.
EventExecution:
- Work closelywith the events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsoredevents.
- Coordinate with sponsors to fulfilltheir obligations and maximise their visibility and engagementduring events.
MetricsandReporting:
- Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) for sponsorship success and trackmetrics related to sponsorship ROI.
- Provideregular reports and updates to management on sponsorship activitiesand outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in business, marketing, or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience in sponsorship salesor partnership management, preferably in the blockchainindustry.
- In-depth knowledge of the blockchainindustry and its key players.
- Strongnegotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams and externalstakeholders.
- Excellent organisational andproject management skills.
