Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Male Nurse to join our team in the MEP industry. The ideal candidate will provide medical care, manage health and safety protocols, and ensure a healthy work environment for all employees. This role requires someone with a strong background in nursing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of accidents or health issues on-site.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and medical screenings for employees.
• Maintain and update medical records for all employees.
• Develop and implement health and safety protocols in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Manage and monitor the stock of medical supplies and equipment.
• Liaise with external medical services for further treatment of serious injuries or illnesses.
• Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and safety training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and occupational health standards.
• Assist in the development of wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy workplace.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• MOPH – Qatar Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of first aid procedures, emergency care, and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and software for record-keeping.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and moving patients if necessary.

Working Conditions :

• Full-time position with a standard 48-hour workweek.
• May require working in different site locations as per the needs of the project.
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours if needed.
• The role may involve working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential hazards typical of construction sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• MOPH - Qatar Registered Nursing License (Preferred)
• Driving License in Qatar (Preferred)
• NOC (Preferred)
