TMM is fully responsible for managing andbuilding business for all Agencies / Brands managed /supervised /distributed by CA-IA Division in order to achieve the agreedstandards with suppliers /brand owners in terms of in-marketexecution; launch of a brand / product; increase sales value andvolume; increase brand equity, awareness and analyze market andcategory trends for all brands / agencies to further enhancebusiness.

Line management responsibility for30+ people responsible for marketing, sales coordination andmerchandising.

• Education,QUALIFICATIONS, and specificEXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in BusinessManagement / Marketing
• 5+ years of demonstratedmanagerial experience in marketing / business development / teammanagement in multi-national distributor / manufacturer / brandowner set up within FMCG industry
• Resultsoriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, with proven trackrecord in coaching and mentoring.
• Previousexperience in Key Account Management and Market categoryAnalysis.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite(Excel, PPT, Word)
• Good English communicationskills, verbal and written. Arabic language anadvantage.
• Effective organizational skills,conflict management and negotiationskills.
• Well presentable and able tocommunicate effective at all levels
• Pro-activein approach: Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even whenfaced with obstacles
• Work independently butshould be an ardent team player
• Strongcommercial understanding of businessissues/opportunities
