A Villa Host Manager supervises the VillaTeam to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed todeliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in throughcheck-out. What will I be doing? A Villa Host Manager, you willoversee the Villa Host Team which is the main connection betweenthe Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A VillaHost Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions ofour Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to thehighest standards: • Oversee the entire Villa Hostoperation to maintain high standards • Evaluate levels ofGuest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuousimprovement • Ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognisedand operates with a sales attitude and promotes the hotelbrand's loyalty scheme • Maximise room occupancyat best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotelservices and facilities • Monitor the appearance,standards, and performance of the Villa Team Members with anemphasis on training and teamwork • Ensure Team Membershave current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing andpolicies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and arecontinuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices• Maintain good communication and working relationshipswith all hotel departments • Monitor staffing levels tomeet cover business demands • Conduct monthlycommunication meetings and produce minutes • Manage staffperformance issues in compliance with company policies andprocedures • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Villateam • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations andall health and safety legislation • Act in accordance withpolicies and procedures when working with front of house equipmentand property management systems • Assist with otherdepartments, as necessary A Villa Host Manager supervises the VillaHost Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared andwell-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience fromcheck-in through check-out.
