This position plays a vital role in supporting Snoonu’s growth by expanding our merchant network and increasing the variety of brands available on our platform. The Acquisition Executive will help enhance market reach, improve customer choice, and contribute to overall revenue growth. By joining our team, you’ll be part of a dynamic effort to strengthen Snoonu’s market presence and deliver greater value to our users and partners.
(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing:
The Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding new merchants to Snoonu’s platform. The role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, and includes the following responsibilities:
Developing business relationships to expand the company’s merchant base.
Creating tailored and persuasive sales pitches for prospective merchants.
Identifying key decision-makers within targeted leads and scheduling meetings to initiate partnerships.
Using Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of account status and progress.
Meeting monthly acquisition targets and other KPIs as defined by the sales management team.
Engaging with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants.
Educating potential merchants on Snoonu’s services, processes, and benefits to ensure alignment and readiness.
Targeting major local and regional brands to onboard high-potential partners.
Providing full support to new merchants during their early stages to help them launch successfully on the platform.
Following up with newly onboarded partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and build long-term relationships.
Handling any issues or concerns raised by merchants professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with the local market and key merchant segments (e.g., restaurants, groceries, retail).
Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and comfortable with digital platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and targets.
Based in Qatar with a valid QID; valid driving license and Arabic language skills are a plus.
