Job Title: Admin and SalesCoordinator (FEMALE STAFFONLY)

Location:DOHAQATAR

JobDescription:

We are seeking a dynamic andorganized individual to join our team as an Admin and SalesCoordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role insupporting both administrative tasks and sales activities withinthe company.

KeyResponsibilities:

Provideadministrative support to the sales team including managingcalendars scheduling appointments and coordinatingmeetings.

Assist in the preparation of salespresentations proposals and reports.

Handlecustomer inquiries and provide excellent customer service toclients.

Maintain and update customer databasesand sales records.

Collaborate with the salesteam to develop and implement sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports formanagement review.

Coordinate logistics forsales events trade shows andconferences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role ispreferred.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

Strong organizational andtime management abilities.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencepreferred.
