Job Description - Agentic AI Architect

Design and build multi-agent architectures using AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph for complex enterprise automation
Implement tool-calling, function-calling workflows, and RAG systems integrated with agentic reasoning
Orchestrate workflows across APIs, internal systems, and data sources
Ensure reliability, observability, and safety of agentic systems in production environments
Lead technical strategy, define best practices, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related discipline

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with 2+ years specifically building agentic systems

• Proficient in Python; expert in agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph)

• Strong software engineering background with experience in workflow orchestration and API integration

• Familiarity with vector databases, memory management, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage

• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems; portfolio/architecture diagrams required
