Job Description - Analyst Specialist_PMO team

Responsibilities

Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Provide project managers with required tools, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution.
Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, objectives, and agreed timelines.
Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and project delivery practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing complex projects within technology-driven environments.
Arabic speaker is mandatory.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
Candidates should demonstrate a comparable background with relevant exposure to technology, telecom, GCC markets and complex project delivery environments.
