Job Description - Area Sales Director

Develop and implement salesstrategies and action plans to achieve area-specific salestargets
Identify new business opportunities andpotential clients within the area
Monitormarket trends, competition, and unique client behaviour specific tothe area
Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients
Conduct regularperformance evaluations and provide feedback to the salesteam
Prepare and present sales reports, areaperformance to senior management
Guide thesales team in generating new business to increase depositvolume
Lead and manage a high-performing salesteam, fostering a collaborative culture
