Art Director

Job Title :
ART DIRECTOR (ARABIC) Company : GO VIRAL AGENCY TRADING AND MARKETING Position Overview : We are seeking for an Art Director to join our dynamic team.

You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring the creative excellence of our projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, designs, and strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

• Lead the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of visual concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials including print, digital, and multimedia assets.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to graphic designers, photographers, and other members of the creative team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to understand project objectives and requirements, and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and advertising, and incorporate them into our creative work.
• Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure alignment with brand standards, quality, and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients, and incorporate feedback to refine and improve work.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
• 10 years of proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and styles, with an emphasis on conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design excellence.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Experience working with clients and managing client relationships is a plus.
