ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Luxury Hotel • Doha, Qatar • Approx. USD $49,000 per year + Benefits package

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a senior operational and commercial F&B; leadership role supporting the Director of F&B; in overseeing all outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star service standards. The ideal candidate brings proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, with a hands-on approach and genuine passion for team development and guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining

Ensure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functions

Lead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B culture

Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the F&B; division

Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management to achieve financial targets

Oversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary team

Step into the Director of F&B; role and take full operational ownership during absences

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience within luxury hospitality

Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required

Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining

Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight

Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills

Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required
