Conducts orientation training of newemployees to explain company policies, housekeeping workprocedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance ofequipment
Records data concerning workassignments, Grand Performer actions, and time records, andprepares periodic reports
Attends periodicstaff meetings with other department heads to discuss companypolicies and guest complaints, and to make recommendations toimprove service and ensure more efficientoperation
Assists manager in preparing reportsconcerning room occupancy, payroll expenses, and departmentexpenses
Plans workschedules to ensure adequate service.
Supportsand supervisors and effective inspection program for all guestroomsand public space.
Have a thorough knowledge ofproduct, including room types, amenities, services and brandstandards
