Job Description - Assistant Sales Manager - Based Cairo

Analyse local market trends anddevelop new business leads
Maximise all Revenueopportunities
Contribute to the sellingstrategy of the hotel, and manage the departments'adherence to achieving that strategy
Understandthe competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure thehotel stays ahead in the local market
Negotiateroom rates/packages with corporateclients
Ensure the Sales Team Members aredeveloped effectively and generate a culture of high qualitystandards and pro-active selling
Develop andimplement creative local marketing channels including social mediasites
Work within current business strategiesand recognise potentialopportunities
Communicate with all departmentsas required within each hotel
Attend Salesevents when required
