Job Description - Bartender

Create new ideas of beverageconcepts under the leadership of headmixologist
Ensure smooth running bar operationwith high level of skilled in creating alcoholic and non-alcoholicbeverages to all guests
Follow beveragetraining program for responsiblearea
Administer purchasing and receivingalcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Exceedguest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updateprofiles
Maintain detailed knowledge of therestaurant menu & daily specials at alltimes
To be familiar with the beverage serviceincluding glasses used and appropriatesgarnishes
Following up financial, LQA, TrustYouand Forbes targets on a daily basis
Anticipateand service of guests' requirements at alltimes
Keep ahead of industry trends, create andimplement new revolutionary standards
Followingup daily financial targets of area/division
Useopening and closing checklist to ensure smooth opening and closingof the venue
Serve and clear food and beverageitems in an unobtrusive and professionalmanner
Present menus in a proactivemanner
To feel empowered and accountable withinthe work place
Keep manager on duty updated ofany guest feedback so they can update the GlitchReport
Maintains the HACCP & FIFOstandards as required by the regional governingbody
Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case ofan Emergency
Attend all necessary briefings andtraining sessions as instructed by theManager
Handle financial procedures accordingto guidelines set by the financedepartment
Identify potential problems andanticipate guest needs, ask for assistance before service breakdownoccurs
Perform any duties and special projectsas requested by management whether in your own department or anyother department in the hotel
All issues andnegative guest feedbacks needs to be properly reported on glitchsystem
Follow care program at all times, andreport issues through the system tomaintenance
Ensure all hotel property andfacilities are maintained an in an optimal workingorder
Assist with collecting information forthe monthly P&L review
Records andreports Glitch incidents with integrity andtransparency
He/she is responsible in linkingall facets of service, cuisine andentertainment
In charge of training,grooming.
