As a Tax Support Agent, you'll beresponsible for:

Providing inbound phone and videocustomer service and technical support to our customers, answeringtheir questions and guiding them through the software.

Analyzing and resolving customer issuesrelated to software navigation and locating prior years' returnsand amendments.

Serving as an ambassador forour brand, taking a caring and empathetic approach to all customerinteractions.

Documenting all issues,resolutions, and follow-up actions.

To be considered for this role,you must be located in the United States (excluding CA, CT, MD, MA,NY, OR, and WI). Additional equipment is required, including aLogitech C170 webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a computer withan i5 processor (i7 recommended), Windows 10 (64-bit preferred),and current OS patches. You should also have an active firewall andanti-malware solution with currentdefinitions.
