• Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury, upscale environment, ensuring a warm welcome, timely service, and personalised attention to guests' preferences.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of F&B services, prepare and serve drinks according to standards, and create new beverages to suit guests' needs.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised bar area and ensure proper setup and ambiance control.
• Maximise sales revenue by up-selling and promoting food and beverage offers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, assist with cashier responsibilities, and support other F&B outlets as needed.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and hotel emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Extensive knowledge of beverages and coffee preparation techniques
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
