Job Description - Bartender in Provok

Ensure correct grooming standardsare followed at all times
Follow the CareProgramme at all times
Follow up on allfinancials, LQA, Forbes and TrustYou targets
Isaware of the daily and monthly financialtargets
Actively contributes towards theachievement of financial targets
Keep manageron duty updated of any guest feedback so they can update the GlitchReport
Completes the relevant opening andclosing checklists
Maintains the HACCP& FIFO standards as required by the regional governingbody
Handle financial procedures according toguidelines set by the finance department
Assumethe responsibility of daily beverageoperations
Attends daily briefings prior tocommencement of shift
Ensure all appropriateequipment is on hand for each serviceperiod
Should be creative, confident andprepared to think outside of the box
Followingthe personal development plan set by the Restaurant GeneralManager
Ensure the operational inventory isalways accounted for and in immaculatecondition
Create opportunities for upsellingproducts
Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in caseof an Emergency
Ensure awareness and deliversthe optimum levels of service and guestsatisfaction
Conducts in weekly alcohol andliquor inventory
Prepares Store requisitions /Bar requisitions, etc.
Flexible to work inother areas when required by the immediateSupervisor.
Records and submits all inventorytransfer records
Record any wastage, breakageor lose
Ensures excellent set up and deliveryof the outlet bar
Prepares the relevant mise enplace for all beverage relatedrequirements
Picks up and stores all thebeverage related inventory
