BMS Operator

Job Summary:

We are hiring a BMS Operator with a strong HVAC and district cooling background to monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS) at our District Cooling Plant. The operator will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of plant equipment such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and associated systems through BMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all district cooling plant operations via BMS, SCADA, and PLC systems.
  

• Ensure optimal performance of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
  

• Respond to system alarms, faults, and abnormal conditions in real-time, and coordinate corrective actions.
  

• Perform system checks, generate daily operational reports, and log plant performance data.
  

• Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  

• Troubleshoot HVAC/BMS issues and escalate complex faults to the engineering team.
  

• Optimize energy efficiency and ensure system reliability.
  

• Maintain system backups, trend logs, and alarm history records.
  

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
