BMS Operator

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth functioning of all building services including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
  

• Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks on BMS-controlled systems.
  

• Maintain accurate logs of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
  

• Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and management for system upgrades or repairs.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  

• Assist in reporting and analysing BMS data to optimize building efficiency and energy management.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field.
  

• 2–5 years of BMS operation and maintenance experience.
  

• Hands-on with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and BMS systems.
  

• Familiarity with BMS software (Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.).
  

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
  

• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  

• Flexible for shift work and emergency handling.
