Job Description - Board Office Lead & Corporate Secretary

Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: Holding Company / Investment Group
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Board Office Lead & Corporate Secretary
to support our Board of Directors and ensure full compliance with corporate governance standards based on international best practices. This role is central to facilitating effective communication between the Board, shareholders, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate, and attend Board of Directors and shareholder meetings

  • Prepare and maintain accurate meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions

  • Ensure timely distribution of materials and follow-up on action items

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its shareholders

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain all corporate records, charters, and policies in alignment with global standards

  • Support the development and implementation of governance procedures across the group

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar governance-related role, preferably in a holding or investment company

  • Strong knowledge of international corporate governance standards and best practices

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills

  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information
