Promote team selling and expansionof existing relationships across divisions and/or geographicareas.
Act as a resource to sales employeesregarding our products, applications, and services; support thesales process through all phases, including job turnover andimplementation.
Communicate goals, providementoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conductperformance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assesscustomer needs and identify customer buyingpriorities.
Review bids to ensure accuracy tomeet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in settingmargins, identifying resources, and assessing future business andestablish executive-level relationships with targeted contractorsand customers.
