Role Objective:
Assist Technology Business Partner in managing Digital System & Information Technology projects with stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives. Ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, time/budget specifications, and internal guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in management/technology is an advantage
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince 2, CBAP, PMI-PBA
- 6-10 years experience in financial services/banking industry
- Business Analyst experience in digital/data-driven projects.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for banking products and systems.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing banking systems and processes.
- Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes to banking systems.
- Prepare various project documents such as Business Case Document, UML diagrams, and Requirement traceability matrix.
- Provide ongoing support to business users and address their questions and concerns.
- Support project managers in technology projects and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
- Test applications/systems and ensure compliance with audit and procedural controls.
- Contribute to process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional conduct, and integrity in service provision.
