RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirementsrelated to digital marketing initiatives for our flag carrierclient including campaign management customer segmentation andpersonalization
• Collaborate with stakeholdersto document functional and interface specifications as well asnonfunctional requirements ensuring alignment with businessobjectives and technical feasibility
• Preparecomprehensive test cases and support the digital marketing team inuser acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality andusability of software solutions
• Lead andmentor other business analysts as part of a distributed teamfostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive successfulproject outcomes
• Serve as a primary point ofcontact for the digital marketing team addressing inquiriesanalyzing issues and facilitating communication with project teamsto drive resolution and ensure clientsatisfaction
• Utilize your strong communicationskills to present findings consult with stakeholders and negotiatesolutions driving consensus and alignment on project requirementsand deliverables
• Actively participate in thedevelopment and implementation of solutions with user storycreation team coordination project scope tracking and managingrequirements
• Stay abreast of industry trendsand best practices in digital marketing and marketing cloudtechnologies providing valuable insights and recommendations toenhance project outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of relevantbusiness analysis experience preferably in the digital marketingdomain
• Digital Marketing /Marketing Cloudknowledge
• Fundamental knowledge of softwareengineering and architecture principles with the ability tounderstand and translate technical concepts for nontechnicalstakeholders
• Handson experience inrequirements analysis and documentation
• Goodanalytical skills and able to foster teamwork among teammembers
• Experience working in Agileenvironments and familiarity with Agilemethodologies
