QHire Human Resources Consultancy is urgently hiring for a Business Development Executive - Intern.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.
• Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.
• Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
• Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
• Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers.
• Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
• Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
• Research, contact, and follow up with potential clients.
• Oversee campaigns for marketing and sales outreach
• Create an action plan to meet your organization’s growth goals
• Work with current clients to strengthen relationships and increase revenue.
