Cash Management, Trade Finance Sales and Product Specialist/ Transaction Banking

• Participate in delivering the CMTF sales strategy that would allow the bank to secure strategic business and satisfy client needs, ensuring P&L and liabilities growth.
• Accountable for CMTF P&L and to deliver profitable growth and financial objectives on their scope.
• Contribute to the growth of the banks’ market share in terms of trade finance products and country flows.
• Assist the CMFT Manager in developing target market of clients that CMTF business will focus on.
• Develop account plan for each client to highlight the potentials in place to grow the bank's wallet share of TF business and the company’s cash throughput and operating accounts and the same to be reflected in each credit recommendation, through understanding of the company’s business model and analyzing the financial statements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and participate in capturing them.
• Report changes in the local market (Regulatory, economic, competition) which will significantly impact the trade finance business, products and services and provide recommendations to CMTF Manager.
• Key KPIs to include commission and P&L and liquidity growth, as well as, efficiency by ensuring targeted penetration of client base to use ArabiConnect.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• University degree from a recognized university, MBA is a plus.

Experience :

• 6-10 years of experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance/ CIB or related Banking experience with recognized international/ domestic banks.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic and/or French.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven understanding and knowledge of all banking products and services, solid background in IT or Internet Banking.
• Proven financial analytical skills and understanding of corporate financial statements.
