JobDescription

• Prepare daily cashiering forms andoperational forms
• Able to count and handle casheffectively, efficiently, with integrity and follow established andproper accounting procedures
• Complete knowledgeof menus, and up-to-date information about specialties andmenus
• Regular check with culinary team fornon-availability items
• Answer all phone callspromptly and efficiently, using the correctgreeting
• Carry out proper cashiering proceduresby standards
• The ability to maintain a clean,neat and orderly order taker cabin throughoutservice
• Correct preparation of all necessaryoperational material in the order taker cabin and in the pantryareas
• Reporting of any guest comments to thesuperior, completing guest preferencesheet
• Communicate to both internal and externalcustomers in a polite, courteous and constructivemanner
• Learning of safety, sanitation andhygiene policies
• Participation in internaltraining and necessary meetings
• Maintain goodworking relationship with colleagues, and all otherdepartments
• Actively promote the services andfacilities of the Hotel
• Report to Manager anykind of deviation from set standard andprocedures
• Maintain complete knowledge of allF&B services, outlets, hotel services/ features and hoursof operation etc.
• Control & maintaindelivery timing within standard
  

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing and oralproficiency in the English language
• Must bewell presented and professionally groomed at alltimes
• Able to count and handle cash effectivelyand efficiently
• Good communication and customercontact skills; good problem resolutionskills
• Basic F&B productknowledge
• Team player with strong interpersonalskills and attention to detail
• Qualificationmust be a minimum of secondaryeducation
• Minimum 1-year food and beverageserving experience
• Previous cashieringexperience
