Job Description - Catering Sales Executive

Ensures that events progressseamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating withother employees, and ensuring accuracy.
Greetscustomer during the event phase and coordinates with the EventOperations team for the execution ofdetails.
Supervise service and overallcoordination of all arrangements as per theBEO.
Adheres to all standards, policies, andprocedures.
Ensures billing accuracy andconducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing thefinal bill.
Uses his/her judgment to integratecurrent trends in event management and eventdesign.
Acts as liaison between fieldsalesperson and customer throughout the event process (pre-event,event, post-event).
Participates in customersite inspections and assists with the sales process asnecessary.
Performs other duties as assigned tomeet business needs.
Solicits feedback from theproperty departments to identify areas for improvement to enhancethe Event Planner s experience.
Leads formalpre-event and post-event meetings for average to large-sizedassigned groups.
Facilitates various meetingsas perceives necessary (Banquet Event Order meeting, block review,etc).
“Up sells” alldepartment services to include food and beverage, amenities, roomrental fees and set ups.
