Job Description Like allmembers of the kitchen team, the Commis Chef must maintain highstandards of health andsafety, including personal hygiene. The person in this position must beable toeffectively communicate with other members of the kitchen team,this includes being able to gracefully receive constructivecriticism as well aseffectively carry out orders.
