Ourclient is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seekingProcurement Specialist to join their team.

Theprimary purpose of the role is to assist the Senior ManagerContracts & Procurement and procurement cross-functionalteams during each stage of a procurement activity, ensuringeffective administration of all procurement processes andcompliance with all procurement policies, processes and proceduresand governance frameworks.

KeyResponsibilities:

Modelgood leadership to inspire direction and delivery, develop people,and drive change
Livethe NSW Public Sector and organisational values to achieveoutstanding outcomes for the organisation and customers
Managethe end-to-end procurement process for programs/projects with inputfrom the procurement cross-function team and in compliance withrelevant policies, standards, procedures and frameworks
Coordinatethe creation of program/project delivery strategy with input fromthe procurement crossfunctional team

SelectionCriteria:

Strongexperience in research, analysis, implementing and reviewingorganizational procurement policy, procedures, systems andstandards to effectively support business procurement needs andmeet all legislative and regulatory compliance requirements as perhealth and government procurement policy framework.
Skilledin engaging and supporting key stakeholders on policies,procedures, systems and standards to enable them to delivereffective, outcomes-focused contracts and procurement activitiesacross theorganization.

Onoffer is a 6 month contract at a highly sought after NSW GovernmentOrganisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
