We are looking for a results -driven COO to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high -performance culture, enabling the Founder to focus on strategic growth, AI implementation, and long -term vision.
Responsibilities: - Lead day -to -day operations across all business divisions; manage department heads and ensure target achievement - Drive revenue growth and operational excellence; implement KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, and accountability systems - Lead the successful launch and operation of the new Business Center; build scalable systems for future expansion - Improve customer experience and service quality across all touchpoints - Coordinate closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and organizational transformation
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of senior leadership experience with proven success in managing multi -department operations - Strong commercial and revenue growth mindset; experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, ERP/CRM, and performance management frameworks - Background in business services, consultancy, hospitality, business centers, real estate, or professional services is an advantage - Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage - Strategic thinker with strong execution capability, high integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset
