Job Description - Civil and MEP Draftsman

Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for civil works
such as structural elements, concrete detailing, and general building layouts.
Develop plans for roads, site grading, excavation,
and other infrastructure works.
Revise drawings based on engineering feedback and
project changes.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and
specifications.
Produce accurate MEP drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and
electrical systems.
Coordinate MEP layouts with structural and architectural drawings to resolve
clashes.
Create shop drawings for fabrication and site installation.
Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings and documentation.
