Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil works related to tanks, pipelines, foundations, and structural components within the plant.
  

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  

• Monitor subcontractors and labor teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
  

• Ensure compliance with QCS standards and HSE regulations.
  

• Maintain accurate daily site records, progress reports, and material usage logs.
  

• Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and QA/QC teams to resolve site issues.
  

• Inspect and verify civil work quality, finishes, and alignment.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision for water/sewage treatment plants.
  

• Strong knowledge of civil structures, concrete works, and pipeline installation.
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
  

• Valid QID and ability to join immediately (preferred).
  

• Valid Driving License preferred
