Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee civil construction work offshore, including concrete works, structural installations, scaffolding, and marine civil structures.
  

• Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
  

• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractor teams for smooth execution of work.
  

• Ensure all civil works are executed in accordance with offshore safety protocols and permit systems.
  

• Review and verify construction progress and productivity against schedules and targets.
  

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with civil crew and subcontractors.
