Client Advisor - Kazakhstan

We're looking for a Client Advisor, in Doha, Qatar, covering Kazakhstan clients.

• build, establish and grow your client relationships within the HWN/UHNW segment
• extensive networker, proven acquisition talent and passionate knowledge of the HWN /UHNW field
• provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams.
• extensive network in order to facilitate the acquisition of new HWN/UHNW clients
• have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes
• experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments, ideally 2-5+ years working in a client-facing role
• firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
• resilient team player and truly service oriented
• aptitude for digitization and technology
• keep accurate and up-to-date records
• comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with our risk management culture

Your team

You'll be working in a well-established team in Doha, providing service to our HWN/UHNW clients. We're focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients' wealth, and help our clients plan for and manage succession. We provide our employees with training and continuous education to better serve our clients and promote personal development. As a client advisor, you'll play an important role in helping us stay a global leader in wealth management.

Your expertise

• minimum 5 years of proven experience in Private Banking as a Client Advisor dealing with FIMs, MFOs and Fund Managers or with HNW/UHNW clients
• strong understanding of the regulatory framework and of financial markets
• high level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards
• strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand strong client networks
• resilient team player and with a service-oriented approach
• aptitude for digitization and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in client service
• proficiency in English and Kazakh or Russian to support the regional client base
