OUR WORK:

The Doha office has a great history of involvement in large dispute mandates in Qatar, including dispute resolution during the project execution phase, litigation and arbitration.

Our litigation team are experienced in each of the Qatari court circuits, and represent contractors on majorplex infrastructure and energy disputes.

WHAT WE NEED:

We're looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with Qatari court litigation experience, ideally already in Qatar and with experience in construction disputes.

We require the applicant to have extensive local Qatari litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and memos, working with consultants and Court Appointed Experts, and who has a deep understanding of the litigation process in Qatar. The candidate will have experience of drafting in both Arabic and English with the ability to support English language arbitration cases with civil law advice as needed.

As well as excellent technical skills, we need an individual who ismercially aware, has a strong team ethic and with a strong client focused approach. There are also huge opportunities for personal and professional development for applicants who also have an enthusiasm for business development.
