Experience Summary

• More than 8 years of experience in the field of Project Management / Design and Engineering / Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Decommissioning, for the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering in relevant field.

• Constructability Review / Studies / Lifting Plans (Critical Lift) and Job Cards preparation.
• Shutdown Preparation Works / Planning / Documentation
• Subcontracting Bid Package Inputs / Review, TBT
• Construction SOW and Work Packs Preparation
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Dossiers
• Material Handling
• Decommissioning Studies
• Vendor / Subcontractor Document Review
• Site Construction Management / Supervision
• Home Office preparation (Construction Execution Strategy, SOW, Bid Package, Technical Evaluation, Constructability Study Review, Subcontracting Strategy), Construction Contractor Bid Package.
• Cost Estimation inputs, Installation and Sundown Work Packs
• Fabrication, Installation and Demolition Work Packs
• Project / Construction / Pre-Commissioning , Decommissioning
• Greenfield & Revamping Projects Onshore / Offshore
• Home Office Construction Engineering, Mechanical Handling
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineering
• Site Construction Management, Planning & Cost Estimation
• Mechanical Engineering
• Commissioning Work Packs including leak test procedures (system and sub system identification, drawings mark ups, commissioning procedures, N2 requirements, etc.)
• SIMOPS Dosser (Isolation Procédure, POB management, Bridging Document, etc.)
• Offshore site survey and Construction Execution Methodology (Method Statement
• Lifting Plans (Crane Manager), 2D/3D crane locations
• Scaffolding and equipment coordination.
• Conceptual study, Traffic study SOW, Workshop participation
• Elaborates the construction and sub-contracting strategy based on scope of work, contract obligations, Company policy and in line with project requirements.
• Participates to construction schedule based on contractual milestones/targets giving input to the Project Group to elaborate the Overall project, Master Schedule.
• Acts as the TECHNIP representative for all relationships with local Authorities, Client, Partners, Subcontractors or Vendors linked to site activities.
• Ensures that Quality Management Systems and HSE&S policy is properly implemented and monitored.
• Surveys situation and trends of site costs he is directly responsible for and decides internal reallocation of budgets (when no impact on overall budget allocations).
• Ensures timely report of any incidents to Project Manager.
• Performs preparation phase of pre commissioning from starting step (home office) and follows up the implementation of activities (on site) in accordance with contract specifications.
• Develops and implements pre-Commissioning procedures, manuals as per project specifications.
• Organizes and oversees pre commissioning and commissioning team activities and ensures they are compliant with contract specifications.
