ABOUT THE ROLE
Thisis an exciting opportunity to join our Shipper Self-Service Teamworking directly with our SMB shippers, the key business owners aswell as our engineering teams and You ll be supporting the overallstrategy for this part of our business as well as working directlywith the engineering teams that are building thefeatures/functionality necessary to deliver our long-term You ll beresponsible for translating business requirements into user storiesfor our engineers as well as defining areas that require technicalor functional You ll also work closely with our Product Design teamand our UX Research function to ensure that we remain customer/userfirst in our

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Work directly with the primary engineeringteam that is focused on Shipper Self-Service, own the teambacklog
• Breakdown high-level initiatives intomilestones and prioritize Epics, User stories and create acceptancecriteria and own the go-to-market comms for launches
• Facilitate Daily Standups, Scrum Refinements, QuarterlyPlanning, Team Demos and participate in team retros
• Define the product-related metrics that will measure theimpact of our product builds
• Collaborate witha cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, program managers,designers, researchers and with multiple partner teams from localto global business
• Cooperate with theBusiness stakeholders by sharing the information regardingpotential blockers, possible delays or support requests in aproactive manner

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

• You have 6+ years of professionalexperience in a Product Management role with a history of successworking with senior engineers and development teams
• You are familiar with hypothesis and data based productdevelopment, user research, A/B testing
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain,self-service portals or order management software
• Experience in defining and delivering customer-impactingproducts and product features
• Experience inuse of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python,Looker
• Great communication and collaborationskills, you are able to translate complex technical solutions intosimple language that all of your stakeholders can understand andwork to
