Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with orthopedic disorders and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures to correct musculoskeletal conditions, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress pre- and post-surgery and provide ongoing care and rehabilitation support.
• Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest advances in orthopedic surgery and related technologies.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Extensive experience performing orthopedic surgeries in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based orthopedic practices and patient management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and handle high-pressure environments.
