Contracts Manager

The incumbent of this position shall be responsible for the coordination of the contractual issues and aspects of the contract

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an  accredited University to the approval of the Engineer.

Must be holding a recognized post graduate contracts management degree to the approval of the Engineer.  Minimum  20  years  demonstrable  experience,  of  which  8  years  of  experience  in Contracts Manager position in similar or larger size Design / Build projects.

Previous  experience  in  similar  or  larger  size  civil  engineering  projects  comprising large earth works, soil rehabilitation, road, landscape works etc. is preferable.

Must  be  fluent  in  English  both  written  and  spoken  with  an  excellent  capability  in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
